IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS (US ONLY)
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only accepted in the event of an issue on our end, such as a defect with the item or a printing error. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect color or size orders. Please review the size chart carefully and ensure that measurements are taken before placing your order, as it is the customer's responsibility to select the correct size.
Items that have been washed, used, or are part of our non-returnable categories (e.g., test prints, sports bras, underwear, and socks) are not eligible for return or exchange. Each LIFT. item is a one-of-a-kind product, and we do not maintain bulk stock, so exchanges and returns are not possible for customer errors.
In cases where a refund or exchange is granted, the customer is fully responsible for all associated shipping and postage costs.
LIFT. It's a Lifestyle. is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages, nor will we issue refunds or replacements in these circumstances. If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.
