All orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Processing may take longer during peak times or special promotions. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order through the carrier's website.

Liability for Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
LIFT. It's a Lifestyle is not responsible for any packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after they leave our facility. We are also not liable for packages that are lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility to ensure delivery. In the event of a lost or damaged package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any packages that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time, but this may change in the future.
