These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of liftlegion.com and any purchases, services, features, content, or communications provided by LIFT. It’s a Lifestyle. (“LIFT.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the Site or our products in connection with unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, infringement of intellectual property rights, malicious software, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that interferes with the operation or security of the Site.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many LIFT. products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this, production and fulfillment times may vary, and some products may not be eligible for return or exchange except as provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy or as required by applicable law.
Estimated production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and order-related claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping information before submitting an order.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery services may be provided by third-party carriers and fulfillment providers.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside LIFT.’s reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays, missed delivery estimates, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, carrier disruptions, theft after confirmed delivery, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers may be required to cooperate with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider when resolving delivery claims.
7. ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update information when necessary.
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.

is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by LIFT. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
Nothing on the Site grants any license or ownership interest in LIFT. intellectual property except as expressly stated.
9. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, messages, contest entries, or other content to LIFT., you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant LIFT. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, and distribute submitted content for legitimate business, promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content that we reasonably determine to be unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, Shopify, fulfillment companies, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social networks, and other technology providers.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security practices, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Except where expressly stated or legally required, LIFT. makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIFT. and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors, service providers, licensors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Site, products, services, shipping, third-party services, or these Terms.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or replacement costs.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, LIFT.’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIFT., its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Site
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of another party's rights
Content or information submitted by you
17. FORCE MAJEURE
LIFT. will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, labor disputes, governmental actions, technical outages, cyber incidents, public emergencies, or similar circumstances.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or purchases from LIFT. will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
20. NO WAIVER
Failure by LIFT. to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Site and purchases from LIFT.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, services, policies, legal requirements, or technology.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
